When a client calls our company or send us an e-mail
for an appointment we set up a time that makes our customer to feel comfortable with.
Appointments can be held everyday from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are located in the heart of New York City surrounded by subways and avenues. Directions are given and the client arrives in a friendly and hospitable environment. Our atelier provides a cup of tea or coffee with assortments to make you feel home.
Requests are of two kinds wholesale and retail followed by certain process.
For the wholesale after our client being welcomed we talk and we examine every parameter on needs that his/her business has to cover .
We go over several designs and we inspect every little detail and aspects on design, craftsmanship, quality that can guarantee that the client is happy.
There is a wholesale price list on our merchandise sold in certain quantities to be manufactured.
Discussion can include and be involved on sketches when the client is a manufacturer himself since we are a design studio. In the case of wholesale payments are always through banking checking account 75% deposit in front and 25% upon delivery of the product. Sales and wholesale prices are on a contract agreement, date of delivery as well followed by an invoice.
For the retail after our client visit us to our atelier-showroom
then receives a treatment of a glass of wine and we start the discussion over the needs she has to cover.
Requirement Specifications She talks about the occasion, for a wedding dress or bridal accessories, or an evening gown, or simply for one of our boleros collection. In case of a custom made piece always we take advise from our client while talking in case that there is an idea in mind or something specific our client wants to talk about and certain sketches follow in order to meet the standards and requirements she puts. Contract Then there is a contract over an agreement on a specific sketch time for execution follows that is draping and fittings to meet the best and most flattering appeal. There are meetings for fittings and some possibly changes occur to perfect the contour while the client is of course present.
Prototype Design There is a pattern made based on the figure of our client and the workmanship executed is all by hand to perfect the design. Therefore a prototype just has been made for this specific client based on the exact idea, as they want it, design and pattern requested and of course based on the draping fundamental laws allowed as well. All this information is transfer to fabric where executed and the client is always happy with the final look.
Final Product The time for execution depends on how intricate and sophisticate the design itself is however a limited time of two months is pre-required. There is a contract between our company and client where retail price, time for execution and delivery along with payment is mentioned.
Product rights In the agreement/contract is referred in a paragraph a certain restriction regarding the pattern/design where is prohibited from to be sold to the client or any third party for any reason. The prototype remains always in our archives for future references and new orders.
